But making a mistake when buying your wheels is common, and as the wheels and tyres make up part of the braking system - making a mistake with the size or fitment of your wheels, or the type/rotation of your new tyres could put your life, and the lives of your passengers at risk.

The Internet may of made things easier when doing your research and finding out about the different styles and makes of alloy wheel, but the internet doesn't know everything, and choosing wheels for the wrong model, or the wrong year car are both common mistakes people make when buying online.
